In order to encourage you to register your children early so they will be placed on the class roster and/or receive the best possible class schedule, ACCA has set the registration fees as follows:

 

Registration Fees:

Open Registration Begins: February 25 and runs through April 30.

 

All returning students pay $35.00 registration fee.

New Students to ACCA pay a $55.00 registration fee.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS: There are 5 methods of payment of tuition and fees.

1. Annual - to be paid in full directly to ACCA by July 1. (Or when first entering.)

2. Semi-Annual - two equal payments, to be paid directly to ACCA, with the first payment due July 1, (or when first entering), and the second payment due January 15th.

3. Quarterly - four equal payments, to be paid directly to ACCA, with the first payment due July 1, the second payment due October 1, the third payment due January 1, and the fourth payment due April 1.

4. Monthly - 12 equal payments made directly to ACCA, with the first payment due July 1, and the last payment on June 1st.

5. Parents with students in ACCA preschool only, may opt to pay monthly on a 9 month basis.

Those who choose to pay by methods 2 or 3 and fail to make payment on time will automatically be assessed a penalty and placed on the monthly payment method. Multiple child discounts are as follows: The first two oldest children enrolled pay 100% tuition, each child thereafter receives a 10% discount from full tuition.

Book fees have been included in annual tuition payments.  An additional facility fee of $300 will be added to each family with students in grades 1st - 12th to be paid by September 1st. Monthly Tuition accounts paid after the 10th of any month will be charged a $25 Late Fee. After 60 days past due accounts will be charged 1.5% monthly up to 18% annually. EARLY WITHDRAW FEE  - The ACCA School Board has instituted a early withdraw fee of $150 per student for students in grades K5 - 12th for withdraw prior to the end of the first quarter.
